For years Big Cat Rescue (BCR) has disguised one of their primary activities to end the private zoo ownership (zoo’s other than AZA) of big cats in the United States. However, this appears to be the exact opposite of their activities.

Note the bill clearly states "but not limited to." That means any type of traveling or mobile show with any non-domesticated animal, even if not listed in the bill, will be illegal.
